*This is a six-week program commencing on Tuesday 5th May 2026 and concluding on Friday 12th June 2026.
Commitment Statement

The SCBA ‘CarCoop’ High-Performance Academy is a selective program designed for athletes who are ready to train at an elite level.

By accepting a place, athletes and parents agree to:

Attend all scheduled sessions:

Two on-court sessions (Tuesday & Friday, 6am-7am at Suncoast Clippers Stadium)
One online theory session (Wednesday, 7pm)

Expectations:

Arrive prepared for every session with the required equipment and a readiness to learn.
Demonstrate respect toward coaches, teammates, officials, and facilities at all times.
Maintain a strong work ethic, embracing feedback and consistently striving to improve.
Display leadership through positive attitude, resilience, and support for fellow athletes.
Commit to healthy habits outside of training, including sleep, nutrition, and recovery practices.
Engage fully in online theory sessions and apply learning to on-court development.
Follow SCBA policies, values, and codes of conduct as part of the high-performance pathway.
