1. Entry & Conduct
Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any patron who is intoxicated, disruptive, or disrespectful to performers and other guests.
Age Restrictions: Most shows and all classes are 18+ unless explicitly stated. Valid ID may be required for entry.
Latecomers: Entry for latecomers is at the discretion of the front-of-house staff and may only be permitted during a suitable break in the performance.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
General Policy: Tickets are non-refundable for "change of mind" or personal circumstances.
Event Changes: If a show is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, you will be entitled to a full refund or a transfer to a future date.
Class Cancellations: For improv classes, a minimum number of students is required. If a course is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund or credit will be issued.
3. Privacy & Media
Photography/Video: Flash photography and professional recording are strictly prohibited during shows.
Consent: By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes (social media, website). If you do not wish to be filmed, please notify staff upon arrival.
4. Liability (Classes & Improv)
Physical Activity: Improv involves movement. By participating, you confirm you are physically fit to do so and assume all risks associated with the activity.
Personal Property: The organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings at the venue.
The Short Version: Don't be a jerk, no refunds if you just change your mind, and turn your phone off during the show. See ya there!
