• Refunds are available until **Wednesday 21 May 2025**, minus any transaction fees. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered after this date.
• Tickets may be transferred to another guest — please notify us before the event so we can update the guest list. Note that any dietary changes must still be submitted by 21 May.
• Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking and may be updated **up to and including Wednesday 21 May**.
• This event is organised by **Maitland Heritage Fest**. The venue, Easts Leisure & Golf, is not responsible for bookings or ticketing enquiries.
