Restrictions:
Participants must be at least 12 years of age and physically capable of holding approximately 8 kg in their dominant hand. Camouflage clothing is not permitted, and open-toe footwear (such as sandals or thongs) is prohibited. All participants must have a zero blood alcohol concentration prior to participating.

An Archery Experience Waiver needs to be signed for all participants prior to participation in any session.

Refunds for cancellation prior to the experience will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation 1-7 days prior – No refund unless agreed otherwise *
Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to event

Events booked with management companies will need to adhere to those companies’ cancellation policies and deal directly with them in the process.

Our costs for range fees, equipment and coaching remain the same whether you attend or not. Arriving late or non-attendance will not be refunded or credited.

No refunds will be given if any of the terms and conditions are breached, or if less than the number of booked participants in a group activity attend the event.

*For a refund or reschedule agreed separately, written evidence of why the participant cannot attend will be needed prior to event. All refunds incur an admin fee of 5%

General Info:
Archery Experience operates outdoors and will proceed in all weather conditions including rain (we may pause activities briefly for safety reasons such as lightning). We may need to cancel or postpone a session, at our discretion, or due to weather or other factors for the safety of participants. Sessions will only be cancelled due to extreme conditions. We will endeavour to provide an alternative date to hold the event based on the suitability for both parties, or a refund will be provided if required. No other costs (e.g. travel or accommodation) will be covered.
