Cocky Guides Australia Limited ABN 22 665 986 854 (the operator) shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control.

The operator will endeavour to adhere to all tour details as published; however, circumstances beyond our control, such as road, weather conditions or mechanical failure, may require us to alter or cancel any route, itinerary, or departure without notice but with full consideration for your enjoyment. No refund or compensation will be given in these circumstances.

The customer is responsible for waiting out in front of the departure location at least 10 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out in front of the departure location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to join the tour.

The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour if minimum numbers are insufficient.
Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.

Due to the nature of our tours, the minimum age to participate is ten years. An adult must accompany all children on a tour.

Prices listed are in Australian Dollars for all travellers ten years and over. GST is extra for non-NDIS participants. If funds cannot be claimed on a NDIS plan, payment is still required by other means.

By booking a tour with the operator, you accept that your image may be taken or recorded and that all such images and recordings are the sole property of the operator.

The operator may contact you for feedback about a tour you have undertaken with us or one of our affiliates. The operator may also contact you with specials or promotional offers via phone or email. Medical and health information
All travellers need to be physically healthy to participate fully in this trip. When selecting your trip, please make sure you have read through the itinerary carefully and assess your ability to cope with our style of travel. Please note that if, in the opinion of our trip leader, any traveller cannot complete the itinerary without undue risk to themselves and/or the rest of the group, Cocky Guides reserves the right to exclude them from all or part of a trip without a refund. Before departure, you should consult your doctor for up-to-date medical travel information or any necessary vaccinations. We recommend that you carry any personal medical requirements. Please ensure that you are adequately prepared.

Blind or low-vision support
Each adventure is designed for travellers who are active and competent with mobility using either a cane, guide dog or a companion as a sighted guide. The operator's trip leaders provide vocal instruction to assist in navigating up to four travellers without companions in areas. Travellers must be about to follow the trip leader's vocal instructions.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 48 hours before departure and failure to join the tour are 100% non-refundable. Cancellation within seven days of departure will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
