The 4S Legacy Inc Raffle – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This raffle is conducted by The 4S Legacy Inc (Victoria, Australia).

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3. Raffle Period
Ticket sales open on 26 April 2026 at 6:00 AM (AEST) and close on 30 May 2026 at 4:00 PM (AEST).

4. Ticket Pricing
Tickets are $5 each, 5 tickets for $20 or 25 tickets for $50. Each ticket purchased represents one entry into the draw.

5. How to Enter
Entries are made by purchasing tickets via TryBooking. Each ticket issued equals one valid entry.

6. Prize Details
1st Prize – Ultimate Backyard Pack
• Jumbuck BBQ Smoker (Kindly donated by Bunnings Echuca)
• 600x600 Firepit (Kindly donated by Firepits R Us in Kyabram)
• Echuca Meats Voucher (Donated by The 4S Legacy team)

2nd Prize – Entertainment & Eats Pack
• Dillmac Entertainment Voucher
(10 weeks of dance classes – ages 4–5, Lyrical, Jazz & Tap) (Kindly donated by Dillmac Entertainment Echuca & Kyabram)
• 2 × Zambrero Vouchers (Kindly donated by Zambrero Echuca)

3rd Prize – Movie & Eats Pack
• 2 × Paramount Echuca Movie Tickets (Donated by The 4S Legacy team)
• 2 × Zambrero Vouchers (Kindly donated by Zambrero Echuca)

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Draw Details
The draw will take place on 30 May 2026 at 5:00 PM (AEST).
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the details provided at ticket purchase and will be announced on social media.

9. Claiming the Prize
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, a redraw may occur.

10. Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
In the event the raffle is cancelled due to not reaching the minimum fundraising requirement, all ticket purchases will be refunded.

11. Use of Funds
All proceeds support The 4S Legacy Inc in providing financial assistance for pet cremation and memorial services for families experiencing financial hardship.

12. Privacy
Personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering this raffle.

13. Permit Requirements
This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable Victorian regulations. Permit requirements will be complied with where necessary.

14. Minimum Fundraising Requirement
This raffle requires a minimum of $800.00 (Eight hundred dollars) in total ticket sales to proceed.
If this amount is not reached by the advertised draw date, the raffle will be cancelled, and all ticket purchases will be refunded.

15. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
