Vendors Terms and Conditions

Vendor Registration Closes: 17 July 2026

Vendor Placement
Venues will nominate their preferred suppliers directly.

If you are not currently affiliated with a participating venue, the event organiser (Sunshine Celebrations) will work with venues on your behalf to secure a suitable vendor space.

Once your placement has been confirmed, you will be required to complete your registration and payment via the Trybooking link provided by either the venue or the event organiser.

Registration Conditions

By registering, you agree to the following:
• Work respectfully and cooperatively with the venue, following all instructions for setup, event operation, and pack-down
• Present your vendor space professionally and in accordance with the venue’s requirements
• Ensure you, or a nominated representative, are present at your vendor space for the full event duration (9:00am to 3:00pm each day)

Fees and Participation

Vendors may showcase their services at multiple venues. A separate fee will apply for each venue you participate in.

Social Media

You are required to share the event twice and post a minimum of 5 times on social media over 2 platforms prior to the event. The event organiser will provide the artwork and event details and the allocated times to schedule the posting to create maximum collaborative marketing efforts.

Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, as your booking secures a position within the festival and contributes to event planning, marketing, and administration costs.

If a registered venue or vendor is unable to attend, written notice must be provided to the event organiser as soon as possible. While refunds will not be issued, the organiser may, at their discretion, allow a transfer of the booking to another suitable business, subject to approval.

In the event that the festival is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen events), registrations will be transferred to a rescheduled date where possible. Refunds will not be guaranteed in these circumstances.

If the event organiser cancels the festival entirely, a partial or full refund may be issued at the organiser’s discretion, taking into account any costs already incurred.

No refunds or credits will be provided for:
• Failure to attend the event
• Late arrival or early departure
• Failure to comply with event requirements or conditions

By registering for the festival, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions as set out herein.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
