Terms and Conditions of Entry
By purchasing a ticket or attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Tickets and Entry
• All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Tickets purchased via TryBooking are valid for one (1) person per ticket.
• Tickets must be presented at the door (either printed or on a mobile device) for admission.
• Entry is $10.00 per adult. Children aged 18 years and under are admitted free of charge.
• The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not hold a valid ticket or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
• Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the event organiser, subject to the performance schedule.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except in the event of cancellation or material change to the event.
• If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (including but not limited to illness of the performer, natural disaster, government restriction, or venue unavailability), ticket holders will be notified as soon as practicable and a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
• In the event of a change to the date, time, or venue, ticket holders will be notified and offered the option to retain their ticket for the revised event or receive a full refund.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the cancellation or change notification.
3. Venue and Conduct
• Sokol Melbourne, 497 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne VIC 3051, is a licensed venue. Patrons must comply with all venue rules and conditions.
• The bar will be open throughout the event. Alcohol will only be served to persons aged 18 years and over. Valid photo identification may be required.
• BYO alcohol is strictly not permitted. Only alcohol purchased from the Sokol Melbourne bar may be consumed on the premises.
• The event organiser and venue reserve the right to remove any person who is intoxicated, behaving in a disruptive or offensive manner, or breaching any venue conditions, without refund.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.
4. Photography and Recording
• Photography for personal use is permitted during the event.
• Professional photography, audio recording, or video recording of the performance is not permitted without prior written consent from the event organiser and the performer’s management.
• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes by the event organiser. If you do not wish to be included, please notify a member of the organising team upon arrival.
5. Liability
• The event organiser, Sokol Melbourne, and all supporting community organisations accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or illness sustained by attendees during or as a result of attending the event, except where required by law.
• Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. The event organiser and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• The event organiser reserves the right to alter the programme, running order, or performance content without prior notice.
6. Privacy
• Personal information collected at the time of booking (name, email address, phone number) will be used solely for the purpose of event administration and communication.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the event (e.g. TryBooking as the ticketing platform).
• You may opt out of future communications from the event organiser at any time by contacting lubicam@gmail.com.
7. Health and Safety
• Attendees are asked to use their judgment and stay home if they are feeling unwell.
• The event organiser will comply with any public health requirements in place at the time of the event as directed by the Victorian Government and relevant health authorities.
