By purchasing tickets for this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Proof of Purchase Required

Proof of purchase is required to collect tickets and/or ride wristbands on the day of the event.

Please present your TryBooking confirmation email, booking reference, or valid photo identification matching the booking details at the collection point.

Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in delays or refusal of ticket collection.

2. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds will not be provided unless prior arrangements have been approved by the event organiser.

Requests for exceptional circumstances must be made in writing before the event date and will be considered at the organiser’s discretion.

3. Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to alter event details, schedules, entertainment, rides, or activities where necessary due to weather, operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Weather Policy

This is a rain, hail or shine event unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the organisers.

No refunds will be provided for weather-related changes unless the event is fully cancelled by the organiser.

5. Supervision of Children

Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their children at all times during the event.

The school and P&C Association do not provide child supervision.

6. Photography & Media

Photographs and video may be taken during the event for school and P&C promotional purposes, including newsletters, social media, and future event promotion.

7. Liability

Attendees enter the event at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, the organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the event.

8. Fundraising Purpose

All proceeds from this event support school fundraising initiatives managed by the P&C Association.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
