Ticket cancellations:
-A replacement can be nominated to attend in your place up to 48 hours prior to the start of the conference.
-If you cannot find a replacement, see the refund terms below.

Refunds:
-You will be given a refund for any reason up until 30 days prior to the first day of the conference (August 19 2026).
-After this point, refunds will only be given as required by the Australian Consumer law.
-Where a ticket holder is entitled to a refund as above, the amount will be returned, less any administration fee, to the original payer and by the same method as the original payment.
