By purchasing a ticket, you agree to participate in all activities at your own risk. Please inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy prior to the session. This event is designed for gentle movement and relaxation, but you are responsible for listening to your body and working within your own limits.

Tickets are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. In the unlikely event that the session is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a new date.

By attending, you consent to any photography or video taken during the event being used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know on arrival.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in and ensure a smooth start.
