Seating
- One ticket is required per person.
- Children under 2 sitting on a Parents lap does not require a ticket.
- Students performing do not require a ticket.

Late seating
- Latecomers may be seated at a suitable break in the performance

Re-entry
- Re-entries may be seated at a suitable break in the performance

Accessibility/wheelchair seating
- Should you require accessibility/wheelchair seating for any performance, please contact the College office to arrange.
Pram storage
For the safety and comfort of all patrons, prams are not permitted inside the performance space.
• A designated pram parking area will be available at the venue in the foyer.
• Aisles, seating areas, and exits must be kept clear at all times in accordance with safety regulations.
Important Notes
• Prams are left in the pram storage area at the owner’s risk.
• The venue is unable to supervise or take responsibility for stored items.
• Small bags and essential items may be taken into the auditorium.
• Please note that there will be no cry room facilities for this performance.

Lost Property
- Lost items will be collected and held by Front of House staff during the performance.
- After the show, unclaimed items will be kept at the College Office until the end of term.
Refund Process
As this is a youth production, we appreciate your understanding that tickets are non refundable. In the event of a cancellation, patrons will be contacted regarding refunds or rescheduled performances.

Photography/filming
Photography, video, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. This includes mobile phones and smart devices.
Please ensure all phones are switched off or set to silent.
