Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. No Refund Policy
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Personal scheduling conflicts
Illness or medical emergencies
Travel complications
Weather conditions
Change of mind
Technical difficulties
Force majeure events

3. Ticket Holder Responsibility
If you are unable to attend the event, you are solely responsible for finding a replacement attendee to take your spot. This includes:

Locating and arranging transfer to a suitable replacement
Ensuring the replacement attendee meets any event requirements
Handling any payment arrangements with your replacement privately
Notifying event organizers of the attendee change (if required)

4. Ticket Transfer

Tickets may be transferred to another person at the discretion of the ticket holder
The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring their ticket is used appropriately
Any transfer of tickets is at the ticket holder's own risk
Event organizers are not responsible for facilitating ticket transfers

5. Event Changes
While we strive to deliver events as advertised, event organizers reserve the right to make changes to:

Event schedule or timing
Venue location
Event format or content
Speakers or Tutors

Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.
6. Acknowledgment
By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you:

Understand the no-refund policy
Accept full responsibility for finding a replacement if you cannot attend
Agree to all terms and conditions stated herein
