By booking a session or class with A Peace of Energy Wellness Centre, you agree to the following:

Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your session.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid disruption to others.

Health & Responsibility
By attending, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit to participate. Please inform your facilitator of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns prior to your session. Participation is at your own risk.

Breathwork & Energy Sessions
These sessions are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice or treatment.

Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, a credit may be offered at management’s discretion.

Group Sessions
Spaces are limited and must be respected. Please be mindful of others and maintain a supportive, respectful environment.
