By purchasing a ticket to Going Bananas, you are giving permission for your child(ren) to participate in the program activities. Participation is at own risk.

In the event of illness or accident, you give permission for medical treatment by the nominated first aider. In the case of an emergency, you give permission for, and accept the financial responsibility of, ambulance and hospital treatment, including anaesthetic, for your child(ren). You acknowledge that every effort will be made to contact you as soon as possible.

You consent to photos/video being taken of your child(ren) by the Going Bananas team, for use in future promotion of the Going Bananas program and other St John's activities, in both digital and non-digital forms. Names of children will not be published in conjunction with any photos/video.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
