HOMESCHOOL EXCURSION DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

IMPORTANT NOTICE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By attending a homeschool excursion organised by Melbourne Homeschool Collective, you agree to the following terms:

Parental Supervision Required
All children must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the excursion. The organiser does not provide supervision and is not responsible for the care or control of any child.

Parent Responsibility
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the safety, behaviour, and well-being of their child(ren) throughout the duration of the excursion, including arrival, participation, and departure.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser(s) accept no liability for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or accident that may occur during the excursion. You attend at your own risk.

Property Damage
Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for any damage caused by their child(ren) to public or private property during the excursion. You agree to cover any costs associated with repair or replacement.

Voluntary Participation
Participation in these excursions is entirely voluntary and informal. The event is not affiliated with any registered education provider, and attendance is at the sole discretion of each family.

Medical Needs
The organiser does not provide medical services or accept responsibility for medical care. It is the responsibility of each parent/guardian to manage their child's health needs and to seek medical attention in the event of an emergency.

Agreement
By attending the excursion, you acknowledge and accept the above conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not attend.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
