Speakers and Content: Whilst every endeavour is made to have all advertised speakers available at the conference, the conference organisers retain the right to substitute speakers and or topics / content due to circumstances beyond the control of the conference organisers.

Refunds: A $30 cancellation fee applies to bookings made prior to August 18, 2026. No refunds are available after this date.

Group Bookings: Group bookings are available for groups of 8 or more. Group bookings can only be made through the event organiser (resusc2023@gmail.com). Payment for the group must be made in one transaction by Electronic Funds Transfer. EFT details will be printed on the invoice sent to the group organiser. There are no refunds available for all or part of the group once payment has been received.

GST: No GST is included in the conference fee. Australian Resuscitation Council (Victoria Branch) is an Incorporated Entity not required by the ATO to be registered for GST.

CPD certificates will be available for collection at the conclusion of the conference and must be collected in person. Duplicate copies will not be available.

Last minute student rate (UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY) will be available from August 28, 2026. Proof of study (eg student card) will be required at the conference registration desk. No refunds are available for the student rate.

Special Dietary Needs: The organisers will make all possible attempts to ensure there are adequate food alternatives for participants requiring vegetarian, gluten free or other dietary needs, but cannot be deemed responsible for special food selections becoming unavailable due to consumption by other participants. Persons with other dietary needs or allergies should discuss their needs with catering staff on the day of the conference.

Accommodation: Discounted accommodation is available directly from the PARKROYAL Monash Hotel. All inquiries regarding accommodation should be addressed directly with the accommodation vendor.

Car Parking: Car parking is available on site. There may be a charge for car parking which is at the expense of the conference participant.
