. Tickets and Bookings
All tickets must be purchased in advance via TryBooking. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digitally or printed) at the door. LDB Tech Support reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to present a valid ticket.
Ticket prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
Change of mind: Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend.
Event cancellation by LDB Tech Support: In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by LDB Tech Support, all ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future session.
Event postponement: If a session is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided upon request.
Refund requests must be submitted by emailing LDB Tech Support directly within 7 days of the cancellation or postponement notice.
3. Venue and Attendance
Attendees are responsible for arriving on time. Doors open 15 minutes prior to the session start time. Late entry may be permitted at the discretion of the presenter but is not guaranteed.
The venue may have limited accessibility. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact LDB Tech Support prior to the event so we can do our best to accommodate you.
LDB Tech Support reserves the right to remove any attendee who is disruptive, disrespectful, or behaves in a manner that is harmful to other attendees or the presenter.
4. Photography and Recording
LDB Tech Support may take photographs or video recordings at events for use in marketing and social media. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be included in any photography or recordings, please notify staff on arrival.
Attendees are not permitted to record the session (audio or video) without prior written consent from LDB Tech Support.
5. Content and Advice
Sessions delivered by LDB Tech Support are educational and informational in nature. The content is provided in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of delivery. However, the information does not constitute professional legal, financial, or cybersecurity advice.
LDB Tech Support accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from an attendee acting on information provided during a session.
6. Privacy
Personal information collected at the time of booking (including your name and email address) is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Your details will only be used to manage your booking, send event-related communications, and with your consent, to notify you of future LDB Tech Support events.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. You may unsubscribe from future communications at any time.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LDB Tech Support is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from attendance at an event, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or technical issues with event equipment.
Attendees attend at their own risk. LDB Tech Support will take reasonable steps to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees.
8. Changes to These Terms
LDB Tech Support reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on the TryBooking event page. Continued use of the booking system constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
