By registering onto this programmes I here by give permission for my child to register with Inspire Soccer UK for the sole purpose of participating in sporting session with Inspire Soccer UK.


I agree to indemnify Inspire Soccer UK and its employees from and against any claims or demands whatsoever in respect of any illness or injury which might befall my child during his/her participation in activities conducted by Inspire Soccer UK.


Furthermore I authorise Inspire Soccer UK in the event of illness or injury to my child, if I am unable to be contacted to obtain medical, hospital or similar assistance deemed necessary by Inspire Soccer UK and I will accept full responsibility for all costs associated with such assistance.


By hereby registering my child with Inspire Soccer UK, I/we hereby give permission for Inspire Soccer UK to use images of my child on our website, social media pages, newsletters or any other use deemed suitable by Inspire Soccer UK.


I also agree that there is no obligation for Inspire Soccer UK to refund any registration monies if the child is unable to attend after registering. I also agree there will be no refunds if the event is cancelled due unsafe weather e.g. thunderstorms, lightening & heavy rain.
