Conditions of Entry- To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please note the following conditions of entry:

- Doors will close strictly at the advertised start time. Late entry may not be permitted to avoid disruption.
- Seating only – there are no standing areas available during the performance.
- All audience members must remain seated for the duration of the concert.
- The use of mobile phones during the performance is not permitted. Please ensure devices are switched off or on silent.
- Ticket allocation is limited to 2 tickets per family.
- There will be no intermission, except for a short child-friendly break/session as scheduled.
- No prams are permitted inside the venue due to safety and space requirements.
- Mornings concerts sessions are child free sessions
- Afternoon concert sessions are child friendly sessions
