Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts.

Ticket Validity
Tickets are only valid for the date and time of the event stated on the ticket. Entry will not be granted with an invalid or duplicated ticket.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
The event organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced tickets. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure their ticket is kept secure.

Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or venue if necessary. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event entirely and does not reschedule, a refund may be issued at the organiser’s discretion. No other costs or expenses will be reimbursed.

Entry Conditions
Entry to the event may be subject to safety and security checks. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.

Photography and Media
By attending this event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in event media, please notify the organiser prior to entry.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
