The Icicle Regatta will be governed by the ‘rules’ as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing.

The Yachting Australia Special Regulations Part 2 for Off The Beach Boats will apply.

Sailing Instructions will be provided and will follow BRYC club racing procedures.
