Waiver, indemnity and release of liability - I understand and acknowledge that the activities carry certain risks of injury. I understand and acknowledge that the Club has insurance against injury for those participating in its activities but that the benefits payable under such insurance are of a limited nature. If a claim is brought against the Club by me, my child or any other person which is not covered in full by the Club’s insurance, I agree to indemnify, release and discharge the Club, its instructors, supervisors or members from and against any claim for damage or injury suffered by me/my child based upon accidental injury, negligence or breach of contract. I agree to notify the Club in writing of any such injury within 48 hours of its occurrence.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
