Workshop Terms, Conditions & Liability Agreement

Event: Silver Ring Workshop (Max 4 Participants)
1. Age Restrictions & Requirements
This workshop involves the use of specialized, industrial crafting equipment. All participants must be aged 16 years or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have their ticket purchased by a parent or legal guardian who consents to these terms on their behalf.
2. Safety Agreement & Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and booking this workshop, you acknowledge that making jewellery involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of open flames (butane/propane torches), hot metals, sharp hand tools, and chemical pickling solutions.

• Studio Compliance: All participants must wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair securely tied back. Loose clothing, scarves, or dangling jewelry must be removed before the workshop begins.
• Instruction: You agree to strictly follow all safety demonstrations and instructor guidelines. The instructor reserves the right to ask any participant to leave without a refund if they refuse to follow safety protocols.
• Liability: If you require reading glasses for close-up work, please ensure you bring them to the session. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer and venue accept no liability for any personal injury, burns, or damage to personal property sustained during the workshop.
3. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Due to the intimate size of our workshops (strictly capped at 4 participants), single cancellations heavily impact our small business operations.

• Refunds & Rescheduling.
• 7+ Days Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the event start time will receive a full refund or a credit voucher to rebook a future session.
• Under 7 Days Notice: Any cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within 7 days of the workshop start time will forfeit the booking fee entirely.
• Ticket Transfers: Tickets are fully transferable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to send someone else in your place, provided they meet the minimum age requirement (16+).
4. Photography, Videography & Social Media
We love capturing and celebrating the creative process! Attendees are highly encouraged to take photos and videos during the workshop and tag our social media accounts.

• Organizer Content: By participating, you grant the Organizer permission to take photographs and video footage of the workshop (including close-up shots of your hands, the jewellery-making process, and your finished rings) to be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
• Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, or do not want your image shared online, please simply notify the instructor at the very beginning of the workshop. We will happily respect your privacy and ensure you are not included in any footage

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
