Mid-Year Demonstration – Terms & Conditions
Participation in the Turning Point Dance Mid-Year Demonstration is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Participation
All students enrolled in relevant classes may be invited to participate in the Mid-Year Demonstration. Participation is encouraged as part of the students’ learning and performance experience.
2. Fees
Any applicable participation or costume fees must be paid by the specified due date to confirm involvement in the event.
3. Attendance & Commitment
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and rehearsals leading up to the demonstration to ensure they are adequately prepared.
4. Non-Attendance
If a student is unable to attend the Mid-Year Demonstration for any reason, including illness or change of circumstances, no refunds or credits will be issued for any fees associated with the event.
5. Ticketing
All audience members are required to hold a valid ticket for entry.
Family ticket pricing is structured as follows:
1 child participating: $50 (includes 2 audience tickets)
2 children participating (same family): $60 (includes 2 audience tickets)
3 children participating (same family): $70 (includes 2 audience tickets)
Additional tickets may be purchased at $25 per person.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except in the case of event cancellation.
If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided for tickets purchased.
Seating arrangements (allocated or general admission) will be advised at the time of booking.
Late arrivals may be required to wait for an appropriate break in the performance before being admitted.
6. Changes to Event
Turning Point Dance reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or format if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Photography & Media
The demonstration may be photographed or filmed. By participating, families consent to the use of images and recordings for promotional and archival purposes, unless otherwise advised in writing.
8. General Conduct
Students and families are expected to adhere to all studio policies and maintain respectful behaviour at all times during the event.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
