Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Event Communications

For all event-related enquiries, please contact the Event Organiser directly.

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receiving event-related information and updates via email from the Event Organiser.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds or resort credits will be issued within seven (7) days prior to the event date. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances such as: Change of mind, Illness, Inability to attend

3. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person, provided the request is submitted in writing to: resortevents@joondalupresort.com

Transfer requests must be received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.

4. Dress Code
The dress code for the event is Smart Casual in accordance with the existing Joondalup Country Club dress standards.

The following attire is not permitted: Thongs/flip-flops, Football shirts, Clothing containing offensive or profane language

Joondalup Resort reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code requirements.

5. Responsible Service of Alcohol

Proof of age may be required when purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages.

Joondalup Resort practices the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with State Liquor Licensing Laws and reserves the right to: Refuse service to any intoxicated guest and/or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or undesirable

6. Seating & Table Allocations

Guests wishing to be seated together must provide the same Group/Table Name at the time of booking.

Joondalup Resort cannot guarantee seating arrangements where inconsistent or missing group names are provided.

7. Right of Refusal

Joondalup Resort reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event whose conduct is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive to the enjoyment of other guests.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
