By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event-related information by email from the Event Organizer.

Location
110 Byrnes Road North (end of the road), Joyner, QLD
Please look out for blue-black-white signage. Parking is available at the end of the road, followed by a short walk down the pathway to the festival site. Please turn left at the main gate.

What to bring
- BYO camp chairs, picnic blankets and a torch.

Pets
- Friendly dogs are welcome, provided they are on a leash and comfortable around children and adults.
- Please bring poop bags, a collar, leash, water and anything your dog may need.

Camping
- Camping is available for $20 per site to help manage camper numbers.
- Campers may set up tents or caravans between 10:00 am–1:00 pm or after 7:00 pm only.
- For everyone’s safety, there is no vehicle or caravan access to the event site between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

Safety & responsibility
- Attendance is at your own risk.
- Parents and guardians remain responsible for children in their care at all times.
- Pet owners remain responsible for their animals at all times.
- Please take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others while attending the event.
- In line with Queensland law, alcohol will not be served to anyone who is intoxicated.
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive or impacts the enjoyment of others.

Tickets & event changes
- Tickets are non-refundable, as the event will go ahead in most weather conditions.
- If the event needs to be cancelled or significantly changed by the Event Organizer, ticket holders will be contacted by email with further information.
