STREET PLAY – SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Agreement
By purchasing a sponsorship package with Street Play, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Sponsorship Packages & Benefits
Sponsorship benefits will be delivered in accordance with the selected package (Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum or Custom).
Street Play will make all reasonable efforts to provide agreed exposure, including but not limited to:
Branding on promotional materials
Social media and newsletter mentions
Visibility at programs, events, or sessions
Final placement, format, and execution of all sponsorship benefits remain at the discretion of Street Play.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
Sponsorship is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
4. Duration
Sponsorship benefits apply for the agreed period, typically aligned with a program term, event, or campaign cycle.
Specific timelines will be communicated where applicable.
5. Promotional Materials
Sponsors must provide all required logos, branding assets, and promotional content in a timely manner.
Street Play is not responsible for delays caused by late submission of materials.
All materials must be appropriate and aligned with the values of a youth-focused program.
6. Brand Alignment & Conduct
Street Play reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove sponsorship if a sponsor’s business, messaging, or conduct is deemed inappropriate or not aligned with community and youth values.
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
7. Program Changes
Street Play reserves the right to modify program schedules, venues, or formats where necessary.
In the event of changes, reasonable alternative exposure opportunities will be provided where possible.
8. Flexibility of Benefits
Street Play may, at its discretion, extend or adjust sponsorship benefits where appropriate to ensure fair value.
9. Exclusivity
Street Play does not guarantee category exclusivity unless explicitly agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
Street Play will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including marketing outcomes or business performance resulting from sponsorship.
Sponsorship is a promotional opportunity and does not guarantee specific results or return on investment.
11. Custom Agreements
Custom sponsorship arrangements may be negotiated and confirmed separately in writing.
Where a separate agreement exists, those terms will take precedence.
12. Acceptance
By completing your sponsorship purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
