1. Agreement

By purchasing a Street Play Founding Supporter package, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Contribution

Founding Supporter payments are not donations.
All payments are issued as credit toward future Street Play programs, along with associated benefits.

3. Credits & Usage

Credits may be used for Street Play programs, including weekly sessions, holiday camps, and events.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Credits hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Benefits

Founding Supporter benefits (e.g. priority booking, discounts, exclusive sessions) will be applied in accordance with the selected package.

Street Play reserves the right to adjust or enhance benefits where appropriate to ensure fair value.

5. Program Delivery

Street Play will make all reasonable efforts to deliver programs and services as outlined.

Programs, schedules, venues, and formats may be subject to change.
Where changes occur, reasonable alternatives or credits will be provided where possible.

6. Availability & Booking

All programs remain subject to availability and capacity limits.

Priority booking access will be provided to Founding Supporters where applicable but does not guarantee placement in all sessions.

7. Participant Responsibility

All participants must comply with Street Play program rules, codes of conduct and safety requirements.

Street Play reserves the right to refuse participation where behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Liability

Participation in Street Play programs is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

All standard waivers, permissions, and consent requirements will apply separately.

9. Changes

Street Play reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

Any significant changes will be communicated to participants.

10. Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
