Terms and Conditions for Seat Reservations

Seating & Privileges:

• Special Privilege: Every General Ticket holder will receive one complimentary Welcome Drink coupon (1 drink per seat) to kickstart your extraordinary evening.

• Seating: In the general zone, your seating is positioned at a distance of 4.5 to 7 meters from the 40 cm high stage.

• Seating Policy: Please note that specific seat numbers cannot be reserved in advance. Seating within your designated row will be allocated on a "First-Come, First-Served" basis on the day of the event.

• Food & Beverages: Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. Additional beverages are available for purchase at the Cash Bar inside the venue.

We recommend enjoying a full meal before the event, as only light refreshments and welcome drinks will be served. We want you to be comfortable and fully energised for the spectacular night ahead!

Event Schedule:
• Please be advised to arrive on time at 7:00 PM .The organisers hold no responsibility for any loss of privileges resulting from late arrival.

• Entry & Timing: The performance consists of two acts with an intermission. To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all guests, late arrivals will not be permitted to enter while a performance is in progress. You will be invited to take your seat during the next available break.

Dress Code:
Our event is a "Black Tie with a Twist" affair. We invite you to shine as a star of the evening in:
• Recommended Styles: Black Tie Formal, Creative Fashion (Met Gala inspired), or National Costume.

Admisson Rules :
18+ Event: This is a strictly 18+ only event. In compliance with legal requirements and venue licensing, individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter.

• Identification: Valid photo ID may be required upon entry. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone unable to provide proof of age, without any responsibility for loss of privileges or refunds.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
