By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge that use of the Centre premises for this purpose is voluntary and is not part of the Centre's formal education or care program.

By purchasing this ticket you understand that use of any area of the Centre involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, use of equipment, and interactions between children and adults. By purchasing this ticket you accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or
losses that may occur to myself, my child(ren), or any person in my care.

By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and behaviour of you child(ren) at all times while on the Centre premises. The Centre does not provide supervision, care, or staff oversight during these times.

By purchasing this ticket you agree to sign in and out as a visitor using the Centre's designated system (e.g. OWNA app) upon each visit. You acknowledge that you are attending as a parent/guardian/visitor and will not undertake any supervisory role or be left alone with any children other than your own, unless otherwise authorised by the Centre.

By purchasing this ticket you agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, identify, and hold harmless Discovery at Play Early Learning Centre, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of any area of the Centre.

By purchasing this ticket you agree to follow all Centre policies, safety guidelines, and reasonable directions while on the premises, including maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

By purchasing this ticket you accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by yourself, your child(ren), or any guest accompanying you while using the Centre premises.

By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge photographs and/or videos of yourself and/or your child(ren) may be taken during the use of the Centre premises to be used by Discovery at Play Early Learning Centre for social media, promotional, and marketing purposes. If you do not give permission for the photographs and/or videos to be used, please contact our Centre.
