• All dinner tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE & not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and event specified and may not be transferred.
• In the event of cancellation or changes to the sailing schedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the dinner service will proceed as planned unless otherwise advised.
• Guests booking as part of a group are asked to check with other members of their party prior to booking to avoid duplicate or double bookings. Duplicate tickets cannot be refunded.
• By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your contact details being used by the event organisers to communicate important event information relating to this dinner and/or related upcoming events hosted by the club or associated organisers.
• All attendees must comply with venue rules, club policies, and any applicable licensing or safety requirements.
• The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event, except where required by law.
