Reservations
All ticket purchases are final and secure your child's place at the event. Upon booking, resources are allocated specifically for your attendance, including:

Materials and refreshments prepared per attendee
Staffing arranged in accordance with appropriate child-to-teacher ratios

Cancellations & Refunds
A full refund is available for cancellations made no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. This allows us to offer your spot to a family on our waitlist.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, or failure to attend on the day, will not be eligible for a refund.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
