1. Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is Moranbah Netball Association Inc. (ABN: 31 102 783 909), Moranbah, Queensland.
2. Purpose of Fundraiser
All proceeds from this raffle will support Moranbah Netball Association Inc. teams travelling to the Netball Queensland Junior State Age Competition, held on the Gold Coast from 4–7 July 2026. Funds will assist with travel, accommodation, equipment, and associated team costs.
3. Raffle Details
A total of 200 tickets will be available.
Each ticket is $100.00.
Tickets will be sold online only via the TryBooking platform.
TryBooking fees and charges will be passed on to the purchaser at checkout.
Ticket sales will close once all 200 tickets are sold or at the discretion of Moranbah Netball Association Inc.
4. Eligibility
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older.
Tickets may be purchased by residents of Queensland and other Australian states where permitted.
Committee members may purchase tickets but will not receive preferential treatment in the draw.
5. Prizes
A total prize pool of $5,500 will be awarded as follows:
1 x Major Prize: $2,000
5 x Prizes: $500 each
5 x Prizes: $100 each
Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for goods or services.
6. Draw Details
The raffle will be drawn on Sunday, 28 June 2026.
The draw will take place at the Moranbah Netball Association Inc. Courts, Mills Avenue, Moranbah QLD.
The draw will be conducted by two authorised committee members and may be livestreamed or recorded for transparency.
Winners will be drawn at random from all valid ticket entries.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Distribution
Winners will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Winners will be asked to provide bank account details for direct deposit of prize funds.
Moranbah Netball Association Inc. accepts no responsibility for delays caused by incorrect bank details supplied by winners.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, the prize may be redrawn.
8. Supporter Recognition Banner
Each ticket purchaser’s name will be printed on a Supporter Banner.
The banner will be displayed in the players’ marquee at the Netball Queensland Junior State Age Competition.
After the event, the banner will return to Moranbah and be displayed at the Moranbah Netball Association clubhouse.
By purchasing a ticket, supporters consent to their name being publicly displayed for this purpose.
9. Use of Funds
All profits from this raffle will be directed to Moranbah Netball Association Inc. for the purpose of supporting teams competing at the 2026 Netball Queensland Junior State Age Competition. Funds will be dispersed at the discretion of the Association’s Executive Committee.
10. Refunds
Raffle ticket purchases are non‑refundable, except as required by law.
If the raffle cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, Moranbah Netball Association Inc. will contact all purchasers with further information.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for raffle administration, winner notification, and supporter recognition.
Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
12. Liability
Moranbah Netball Association Inc. accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
The Association is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person in connection with this raffle, except where required by law.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
