IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING BEHAVIOR

Dear Attendee,

We are excited to welcome you to the SIVA Independence Gala Ball. In order to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines during the event:

Respectful Conduct: Please maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards all attendees, staff, and volunteers. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Dress Code: The event is Formal Dress. Please adhere to the dress code to maintain the formality and elegance of the evening - if you are not compliant with the dress code you will NOT be allowed entry.

Alcohol Consumption: While we will be serving alcohol, we ask that you drink responsibly. Intoxicated behavior that disrupts the event or other guests will not be tolerated and offenders will be asked to leave. No BYO alcohol is allowed - you will be removed from the venue if you are found with alcohol brought in from outside.

Betelnut Consumption: STRICTLY NO BELETNUT is to be chewed or brought on premises or into the venue.

Smoking: All smokers must remain in the allocated area. No Pass outs allowed.

Noise Levels: Please be respectful and mindful of your noise levels, especially during speeches and presentations.

Personal Belongings: Keep your personal belongings secure. The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Photography and Recording: Respect the privacy of others. Do not take photographs or make recordings that may make other feel uncomfortable.

Compliance with Staff: Follow any instructions given by event staff or security personnel. They are present to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in making this a memorable and enjoyable evening for everyone.
