Please note that all tickets are non-refundable, however, they can be transferred to a different name by submitting a request to enquiries@ldaustralia.org.

The member ticket price is restricted to one ticket per Student, Consultant or Standard Member and may be used only by that member. These tickets are non-transferrable, unless the transfer is to another LDA member who has not already purchased a ticket and a transfer request is made in writing to enquiries@ldaustralia.org at least 24 hours before the start of the event. The number of tickets available to Institutional Members at the member ticket price is unlimited, however, the tickets may only be used by employees of that Institutional Member.

Learning Difficulties Australia (LDA) reserves the right to cancel an event at any time as deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation, tickets will be fully refunded. LDA also reserves the right to change in-person events to online as deemed necessary.

Event recordings made available after the event are available for a set time and extensions cannot be granted due to agreements with speakers.

Changes in speaker may occur last minute due to unforseen circumstances, in this event, refunds will not be made available.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
