Event Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
“Event” refers to the 2.5 Day Joe Dispenza course held 21–23 August 2026. “Organiser” refers to 3 Deep Breathz and its facilitators. “Participant” refers to any person who purchases or attends the Event. “Ticket” refers to the paid registration for the Event.

2. Ticketing & Pricing
• Early Bird Price: $777 per person until 5:00pm AEST on 21 June 2026.
• Standard Price: $888 per person from 5:01pm AEST on 21 June 2026.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Tickets are limited and available until sold out.

3. No Refund Policy (QLD Compliant)
Under Queensland law, refunds are not required for change of mind, personal circumstances, illness, or failure to attend. Accordingly: All ticket sales are final and non refundable. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) if the Event is cancelled, significantly changed, or fails to proceed due to the Organiser’s actions.

4. Transfers
If you can no longer attend:
• Your ticket may be transferred to another person.
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the Event.
• The Organiser must approve the transfer before it is valid.

No partial attendance or split tickets are permitted.

5. Event Changes, Postponement or Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to:
• Change the Event schedule
• Change facilitators
• Change the venue within Cairns
• Postpone the Event
• Cancel the Event

If the Event is cancelled by the Organiser, participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
If the Event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will not be issued unless required under the ACL.

6. Event Inclusions
Your ticket includes:
• Full access to the 3 Day Immersive Lifestyle Education Experience
• All program materials
• Light snacks, tea + coffee during scheduled breaks

Your ticket does not include:
• Lunch
• Breakfast
• Dinner
• Accommodation
• Transport

7. Food Responsibility
Participants are responsible for bringing their own lunch each day. Food outlets and shops are available nearby at Peries IGA, Edge Hill, during allocated break periods.

8. Participation Requirements
This Event includes:
• Meditation
• Breathwork
• Movement
• Sound sessions
• Reflective and emotional processing practices

By attending, you acknowledge:
• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental well-being.
• You will participate within your own limits.
• You will notify facilitators if you require support.

The Organiser may refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

9. Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that:
• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
• The Organiser, facilitators, venue, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation, except where required by law.
• You release the Organiser from all claims arising from your attendance, except those that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

10. Photography & Media
Photos and short video clips may be taken during the Event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or video:
• Please notify the Organiser in writing before the Event, and
• Advise the team upon arrival.

11. Accessibility & Special Requirements
If you have accessibility needs or special requirements, please contact the Organiser prior to the Event so reasonable adjustments can be considered.

12. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for Event administration and communication. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
