For information about this event, please contact the "Event Organiser". When you have booked your ticket you will receive information about parking. Some onsite and some offsite. details will be provided. Bring bottle of water. The room will be warmed through reverse cycle air cond.

The consumption or taking of Alcohol, smoking, substance, vapouring is not permitted.
You must arrive 10 minutes before start time to settle in, as gate will close, and we shall begin at 6.30pm. The event should conclude around 8.30pm... however so everybody in attendance receives a message, it can be highly likely it will go over time.
