1. This ticket is proof of purchase and must be presented upon entry.
2. Each ticket admits one person only and is valid for the specified performance date and time.
3. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be duplicated or reproduced under any circumstances.
4. All ticket sales are final – NO refunds or exchanges unless required by law.
5. Tickets must not be resold at a price higher than the original purchase price. Any tickets found to be scalped may be cancelled without notice.
🎭 Event Conditions
6. Western Arts Theatre Inc reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any patron whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe.
7. Latecomers will be admitted at an appropriate break in the performance. No refunds will be issued.
8. Doors open 20 minutes prior to the performance – arrive early to settle in and enjoy the atmosphere.
9. Strictly NO photography, video, or audio recording is permitted during the performance due to licensing restrictions.
🍸 Bar, Food & Cabaret Experience
10. This is a licensed event. Valid proof of age may be required at the bar.
11. STRICTLY NO BYO drinks. Our fabulous bar will be open all night serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
12. BYO food is encouraged – pack your tables with grazing platters, sweet treats, and cabaret-worthy delights. 🧀✨

13. This event is managed through TryBooking and is also subject to their Terms & Conditions.
14. As the event organiser, Western Arts Theatre Inc is solely responsible for all ticketing and event-related enquiries.

15. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
16. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy legislation.
17. All current government health and safety regulations will be followed. Ticket holders will be notified of any updates if required.
