TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets to My Room’s Gala Ball & Auction (“the My Room Ball”) to be held on Saturday 29 August 2026 at the Palladium at Crown presented by My Room Children’s Cancer Charity (“My Room”).

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS (BY TICKET HOLDERS)
Should you wish to cancel your ticket(s), you can do so by giving written notice to My Room prior to by 5pm on Friday 1st August 2025 . No discussion will be entered into after such time. The My Room’s Gala Ball & Auction has been created for the worthy cause of charity and therefore NO REFUNDS under any circumstances will be made.

In these circumstances, you will have the option to:
(a) donate the value of your ticket(s) to My Room (together with any other donation you may be inclined to make) as an unconditional tax-deductible donation; or
(b) receive a refund of the full cost of your ticket(s).

Only registered and approved guests will be granted permission of entry to the event – tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE for security purposes. The My Room Children’s Cancer Charity Limited reserves the right to deny entry to the event for whatever reason determined by them.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
