Venues Terms and Conditions

Registration
You will be required to complete your registration and payment via the Trybooking link provided by the event organiser.
Required Documentation
All businesses must hold current and relevant industry and council approvals to operate and supply to the event organiser on request to confirm. This may include, but is not limited to:
• Development approvals for venues and accommodation providers
• Appropriate licences for transport vehicles
• Food business licences for those providing or selling food
• Public Liability (PL) insurance is mandatory. If your business does not currently hold PL insurance, you must obtain short-term cover (commonly known as market insurance) for the duration of the event.
Social Media
You are required to share the event twice and post a minimum of 5 times on social media over 2 platforms prior to the event. The event organiser will provide generic artwork and event details and the allocated times to schedule the posting to create maximum collaborative marketing efforts.
Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, as your booking secures a position within the festival and contributes to event planning, marketing, and administration costs.
In the event that the festival is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen events), registrations will be transferred to a rescheduled date where possible. Refunds will not be guaranteed in these circumstances.
If the event organiser cancels the festival entirely, a refund may be issued at the organiser’s discretion, taking into account any costs already incurred.
By registering for the festival, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions as set out herein.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
