**Holy Trinity School P&F Association – Mega raffle**

**1. Introduction**

These terms and conditions apply to the Holy Trinity School P&F Association - Mega Raffle (the "Raffle"). By purchasing a ticket for the Raffle, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

**2. Organizer**

The Raffle is organized by the Holy Trinity School P&F Association, located at Holy Trinity School, Moore Street, Inverell NSW 2360 (the "Organizer").

**3. Eligibility**

3.1. The Raffle is open to all individuals. Prizes won by minors must collected on their behalf by a parent or guardian.
3.2. Committee members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Raffle.

**4. Ticket Purchase**

4.1. Each Raffle ticket costs $10.
4.2. Tickets can be purchased physically or online, with an additional booking fee for online purchases.
4.3. Each ticket admits one person to the 2026 Holy Trinity Picnic Race Day on Saturday, 17th October 2026, at the Inverell Racecourse.
4.4. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4.5. There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased by each individual purchaser.

**5. Raffle Draw**

5.1. The Raffle will be drawn at the 2025 Holy Trinity Picnic Race Day on Saturday, 18th October 2025, during the afternoon at the Inverell Racecourse.
5.2. Winners will be determined by means of a random barrel draw.
5.3. Raffle draw date may be adjusted if required due to Racing NSW scheduling.


**6. Prizes**

6.1. The prizes for the Raffle are as follows:
1st Prize: $7,000
2nd Prize: Ultimate Yeti Bundle - Valued over $1,000
3rd Prize: Meta Quest 3S 128GB All-in-one Headset
4th Prize: $500 Lennons Butchery Meat Voucher
Please note that prizes are not transferrable or redeemable in cash.

6.2. An additional $500 will be awarded to the winner of the 1st prize only if they are present on site at the 2025 Holy Trinity Picnic Race Day during the time of the draw. Please note a time limit of 5 minutes will be set for the bonus prize collection and will be at the discretion of the Committee.

**7. Winner Notification and Publication**

7.1. Winners will be announced during the 2026 Holy Trinity Picnic Race Day on Saturday, 17th October 2026.
7.2. The winners will be published on the Holy Trinity School social media platforms and school newsletter.
7.3. Winners need not be present to win, except for the additional $500 prize, which requires the 1st prize winner only to be present on the premises at the time of the draw. Please note a time limit of 5 minutes will be set for the bonus prize collection and will be at the discretion of the Committee.

**8. Prize Collection**

8.1. Details regarding prize collection will be communicated to the winners.
8.2. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of the draw.
8.3. Unclaimed prizes may be subject to alternative arrangements at the discretion of the Organizer.

**9. Liability**

9.1. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete ticket purchases.
9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or any unauthorized interventions that may affect the Raffle's conduct including external 3rd party ticket sales providers.

**10. Privacy**

10.1. Personal information collected from participants will be used by the Organizer solely for the purpose of conducting the Raffle and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10.2. By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

**12. Amendments**

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on the official Holy Trinity School Facebook page and available in the office to view.
