1. Ticket Purchase
All tickets must be purchased prior to the event. Entry is only permitted via confirmation on our Trybooking that will be printed on the day of the event unless special arrangement with Organiser.

2. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

3. Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Please notify us with the new attendee’s details to confirm the transfer.

4. Event Changes
Pasifika Australia Inc / Pacific Business Networks reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, venue, or schedule if required.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

5. Photography & Videography
By attending, you consent to photography and video recording. Content may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

6. Code of Conduct
This is a curated and professional environment.
Respectful engagement is expected at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee if required.

7. Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk.
Pasifika Australia Inc / Pacific Business Networks are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage.

8. Health & Safety
Attendees agree to follow any venue health and safety requirements.

9. Catering
Light refreshments will be provided. While we aim to accommodate general dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee all requirements will be met.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
