CSA National Gathering Booking Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel up until the 26th Feb 2027 to receive a 100% refund. (Minus the booking merchant fees which are charged at the time of booking and are non refundable.)
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@christiansurfers.org.au
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made for cancellations advised in writing up until the 26th February 2027. No refunds are provided after this time as we have to pay for all bookings to the venue after this time.
You will be required to provide your bank details in order for us to fulfill a refund request which will be processed via bank transfer.
COVID 19 Refund Policy
If you have tested positive to COVID 19 and are unable to attend the event, you will need to notify info@christiansurfers.org.au and provide evidence of a positive test result. In this case we may be able to provide a partial refund pending CSA Board approval.
Confirmation of Booking
Upon successful payment of attendance you will receive a booking confirmation and tax invoice/receipt in the form of an email attachment.
Prices
If paying by credit card, credit card company merchant fees will apply as listed on your booking confirmation and invoice. These charges are not imposed by us, they are passed on at the same level as we are charged by our payment providers as a fee for their service.
Invoicing
Invoice reminders will be sent via email to the customer. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time once a payment becomes 3 days overdue, with no refunds, exchanges or credits. All booked services will be forfeited upon cancellation.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure payment deadlines are met and must not rely solely on invoice reminders. We advise making a calendar entry after booking with payment due dates to avoid any automatic cancellations.
Refusal of Admission
We may refuse entry to an Event or have you removed from the venue in which case you will not receive a refund, including if:
a) we have not received payment for your ticket or you are unable to produce a ticket;
b) you are intoxicated or you behave in a threatening, disruptive or offensive manner;
c) you interfere unreasonably with another visitor’s enjoyment of the Event or venue or with our staff carrying out their functions; or
d) you are not complying with our event rules and regulations.

You are responsible for making your own inquiries before deciding whether this Event is suitable for you to attend.
