Minimum Attendance Requirement
This event requires a minimum number of bookings to proceed. If the minimum number is not reached, the event will be cancelled.

Cancellations Due to Low Attendance
If the event is cancelled because the minimum number of bookings was not met, all attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing times depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, bookings cancelled before 01/07/2026 will receive an 80% refund.
From 01/07/2026 onwards, tickets are non‑refundable due to event commitments and costs.
