Terms & Conditions
By purchasing tickets to the Pialligo Estate Christmas Day Lunch, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Ticket Purchases
All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official booking platform.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are subject to availability.
2. Seating Arrangements
Seating is allocated by Pialligo Estate.
Guests wishing to be seated together must book under the same reservation or advise Pialligo Estate of all booking names no later than 14 days prior to the event.
While every effort will be made to accommodate seating requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Tables may be shared with other guests unless an exclusive table has been booked.
3. Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements, allergies and food intolerances must be advised at the time of booking or no later than 14 days prior to the event.
While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, Pialligo Estate cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen facilities.
Requests received after the dietary cut-off date may not be able to be accommodated.
4. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable to another guest up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Any transfer requests should be communicated to Pialligo Estate in writing.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrivals or change of mind.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest.
Should Pialligo Estate cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, guests will be offered either:
a full refund; or
an alternative event date if applicable.
6. Event Changes
Pialligo Estate reserves the right to amend menus, beverages, entertainment, event timing or event location within the Estate where reasonably necessary.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Pialligo Estate practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in accordance with Australian Capital Territory legislation.
Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years and over.
Valid photo identification may be requested.
Management reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person who is intoxicated or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
8. Children
Children attending the event must hold a valid children's ticket where applicable.
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
9. Arrival Time
Guests are encouraged to arrive 15–30 minutes prior to the advertised commencement time.
Late arrivals may experience delays in meal service to ensure consistency for all guests.
10. Photography & Marketing
Photography and videography may occur during the event.
By attending, guests consent to the use of images and footage for promotional and marketing purposes unless they advise Pialligo Estate in writing before the event.
11. Behaviour
Pialligo Estate reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is abusive, disruptive, unsafe or offensive without refund.
12. Property
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Pialligo Estate accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
13. Force Majeure
Pialligo Estate shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, fire, flood, government restrictions, public health orders, industrial disputes or other unforeseen events.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the administration of your booking and in accordance with Pialligo Estate's Privacy Policy.
