Tickets are non-transferable.

While cash will be accepted for incidentals (eg raffle tickets), we prefer card and will have facilities available.

Under 18s must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. No pets allowed.

Attendees to bring their own bedding (if staying overnight), dinner for Friday night, breakfast for Saturday morning, any flowers/greenery for wreaths, torches.

Do not share any images (via social media etc) without consent from everyone captured in your photographs. Try to only capture your own family or, where this is not possible, anonymise others in the photo.

All instructions issued by Latvian School of Adelaide volunteers must be adhered to at all times.
