Refund Terms and Conditions
In the event of a cancellation, refund of fees for a Course, Workshop or Study Day are available under the following guidelines;
If the cancellation is;
· Greater than 10 days prior to the event a full refund can be given
· Less than 10 days prior to the event a 20% cancellation/administrative fee will apply if and will be deducted at the time of refund
· Less than 10 days prior the event or for notifications of non-attendance within 5 business days after the event, a Medical Certificate or Statutory Declaration will be required for full refund
Payments will be refunded through Trybooking.com back to the card that the purchase was initially paid with and can take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear
