AGREEMENT:
By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• I agree to receive event information and updates by SMS / email from the Event Organiser.
• All fees are non-refundable if cancelled within 20 days of the Event.
• In the event of an emergency situation, I authorise the event First Aid Officer to obtain necessary first aid and/or medical assistance. I accept full responsibility for all medical and associated costs incurred.
• I understand and acknowledge that participation in games and physical activities involves inherent risks, such as injury. I hereby consent to my child’s voluntary participation in scheduled games and activities.
• I confirm that all information in this form is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge.
