All persons, regardless of AAFC membership, but oblige to the policies and guidelines set by the AAFC. This includes the consumption of alcohol, where no alcohol must be served or brought. Refusal to obey such instructions will result in the removal of offending individuals from this event.

All cadets must have a activity consent and notification form signed before the commencement of this activity. Preferably, please have two physical copies, and one electronic version stored on your mobile device.
